i am Suicide Artist. i detonate art, not bombs. i juxtapose painting with the bloody flux of daily events and use the creative and transformative qualities of art to respond to anger, fear, nihilism, desperation and absurdity. Suicide Art is a means to confront murder and mayhem through art rather than by committing the ultimate act of self-destruction. through the treatment of materials and subject matter, i make art that embodies violence and destruction. i make art by destroying art in an endless cycle of creation and destruction.
